Article 85Meal periods.

Meal periods of at least 60 minutes are not compensable time unless the employee is required to be on duty during the meal period. If you can't leave your station during lunch, that time is work time.

Meal periods.
Subject to such regulations as the Secretary of Labor may prescribe, it shall be the duty of every employer to give his employees not less than sixty (60) minutes time-off for their regular meals.
