Every hour you work between 10 PM and 6 AM earns your regular hourly rate PLUS 10% more. This stacks with overtime — a midnight overtime hour earns you your rate + 25% overtime + 10% night differential. BPO workers: this applies to you.

Night shift differential.
Every employee shall be paid a night shift differential of not less than ten percent (10%) of his regular wage for each hour of work performed between ten oclock in the evening and six oclock in the morning.
