Acts of lasciviousness: committing any act of lasciviousness (sexual acts short of rape) upon another person by force, threat, or when the victim is unconscious, under 16, or otherwise unable to consent.

Acts of lasciviousness.
-Any person who shall commit any act of lasciviousness upon other persons of either sex, under any of the circumstances mentioned in the preceding article, shall be punished by prision correccional.
