Either of the former spouses may remarry after: (1) the annulment or nullity decree is final, (2) the property has been partitioned and the children's shares delivered, AND (3) all of this has been recorded in the civil registry. All three conditions must be met before remarriage.

Either of the former spouses may marry again after compliance with the requirements of the immediately preceding Article; otherwise, the subsequent marriage shall be null and void.
