Annulment actions have prescriptive periods: parental consent cases must be filed within 5 years of reaching 21; insanity cases by the sane spouse at any time during the insanity or within 5 years after regaining sanity; fraud cases within 5 years of discovering the fraud; force/intimidation within 5 years of the cessation of the force; impotence and STD cases within 5 years after the marriage.
