If parental authority is suspended or terminated by court order, the court simultaneously appoints a substitute guardian (grandparent, sibling, or other suitable person) to exercise authority in the parent's place.

If the person exercising parental authority has subjected the child or allowed him to be subjected to sexual abuse, such person shall be permanently deprived by the court of such authority. (n)
