A spouse under complete separation who manages property held in common with third parties (e.g., business partners) is accountable to those third parties just as any co-owner would be — the property regime between spouses does not change third-party rights.

After dissolution of the absolute community or of the conjugal partnership, the provisions on complete separation of property shall apply. (191a)
