Domicile is the place of one's habitual residence. Each person has only one domicile at a time. A Filipino living abroad may still have their domicile in the Philippines.

For the exercise of civil rights and the fulfillment of civil obligations, the domicile of natural persons is the place of their habitual residence. (40a)
