For the concession and approval referred to in the preceding article it is necessary: (1) That the minor be eighteen years of age; (2) That he consent thereto.

For the concession and approval referred to in the preceding article it is necessary:
(1) That the minor be eighteen years of age;
(2) That he consent thereto; and
(3) That the concession be deemed convenient for the minor.
The concession shall be recorded in the Civil Register. (323a)
