Whatever the child may acquire with the capital or property of the parents belongs to the latter in ownership and in usufruct.

Whatever the child may acquire with the capital or property of the parents belongs to the latter in ownership and in usufruct. But if the parents should expressly grant him all or part of the profits that he may obtain, such profits shall not be charged against his legitime. (161)
